Serenade Punta Cana Beach & Spa Resort

25 minutes from PUJ Airport. The check-in and check-out process was easy and the resort staff were great. Rooms are spacious and the entire property is maintained very well. They have several restaurants but the main buffet hall is the best. Great variety and tasty in comparison to other resorts I’ve been to.

Everything was VERY clean. I liked that everything was in easy walking distance. The beach was pretty. I loved our swim out room and our room was beautiful and a great size. We loved the buffet and the coffee shop. We also had a couples massage, the spa was clean and beautiful There was a mix up with appointment due to a language barrier as we do not speak Spanish which made our experience start a bit tense but once we got things figured out the actual treatment itself and the people were great. The property is beau beautiful in the day and at night.

Overall I loved the rooms. Very up to date and spacious! The 3 pools are all good fun. Much to do for the kids also was a plus!! room service was amazing as well as majority of the staff .. not too sure about the front desk but every one else was super accommodating!
